Some interesting game results led to some VERY interesting divisional rankings.
Top Teams [Last week's position]
1. Arizona Cardinals (5-0) [1] : The only unbeaten team remaining strengthened their claim with a decisive victory over San Francisco
2. Buffalo Bills (4-1) [2] : They continue to be the best offense in the league
3. Dallas Cowboys (4-1) [6] : Continuing to move up, the Cowboys are a major threat in the NFC
4. Tampa Bay Bucs (4-1) [8]
5. Los Angeles Chargers (4-1) [7] : They survived Cleveland and take sole possession of the division lead
6. Los Angeles Rams (4-1) [9]
7. New Orleans Saints (3-2) [11] : The offense got back on track in Washington
8. Baltimore Ravens (4-1) [12] : They got lucky against the Colts. They really should have lost that game. Their defense still needs work, and their offense needs consistency.
9. Cleveland Browns (3-2) [4]
10. Carolina Panthers (3-2) [5] : Two losses in a row for the Panthers
11. Denver Broncos (3-2) [3] : Same fate for the Broncos, who looked lost against Pittsburgh
12. Tennessee Titans (3-2) [NR]
Division Rankings [Last week's position]
We've got ties galore this week!
1 (tie). NFC West [2] : Back to the top despite two close losses
1 (tie). NFC South [3] : Despite a Panthers loss, every one else won, and they mustered three teams in the top twelve
3 (tie). AFC West [1] : They took a tumble as everyone except the Chargers lost
3 (tie). AFC North [4]
5. NFC East [5]
6 (tie). AFC East [6] : Bills continue to shine and Pats won a squeaker, but this division overall is not good
6 (tie). NFC North [7] : Wins by everyone except Detroit are promising. Green Bay seems to have ironed out their line problems, new Bears QB Justin Fields is starting to get comfortable, and the Vikings have potential if they can just play more consistently and with fewer errors
8. AFC South [8] : Despite a nice performance by Indy, this division still lacks punch
