What I thought was a fairly easy week to pick turned out to be a tough week to win. Ah, well, it sometimes works that way.
Top Teams [Last week's position]
1. Arizona Cardinals (7-0) [1]
2. Tampa Bay Bucs (6-1) [3] : Dominant performance by the Super Bowl Champs
3. Dallas Cowboys (5-1) [2]
4. Buffalo Bills (4-2) [4]
5. Los Angeles Rams (6-1) [5]
6. Cincinnati Bengals (5-2) [8] : The new leader of the strongest division climbs after thoroughly thrashing their divisional opponent
7. New Orleans Saints (4-2) [7]
8. Tennessee Titans (5-2) [9] : They utterly embarrassed Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs
9. Green Bay Packers (6-1) [10] : Their opening week debacle is swiftly becoming a distant memory
10. Baltimore Ravens (5-2) [6] : They fell from their divisional perch and landed with a thud
11. Las Vegas Raiders (5-2) [12] : Never count this team out
12. Cleveland Browns (4-3) [17] : They return to the upper echelons of the league in style
Divisional Rankings [Last week's position]
1. AFC North [3] : The only division with three teams in the Top 12 and the only division without a losing team
2. NFC West [1] : Tough loss for the 49ers and the Rams had trouble with the worst team in the league
3. NFC South [2] : Carolina's huge loss was the only blemish. They are close to the NFC West, and should jump ahead next week
4. AFC West [4] : Denver continues to fall after a strong start, and the offense looks anemic in Kansas City
5. AFC East [5] : Huge win for the Pats, but Miami and the Jets are toast
6 (tie). NFC North [6] : Green Bay is the cream of the crop, the others have marginal reaps
6 (tie). NFC East [7] : Although the Giants won this week, this division is looking much more like they have looked in recent years, except their divisional leader has a strong winning record
8. AFC South [8] : Both Tennessee and the Colts won this week, but this division has a lot of ground to make up
