Big Ten Report
Both Penn State and Minnesota were made to look weak by the strong defenses of their opponents. On the other hand, both Purdue and Nebraska showed their don't have much of a defense. The Spartans upset the Badgers to halt a four-game losing streak. That leaves Rutgers as the only team without a conference win, while the Badgers have fallen to the bottom of the West division.
MAC Attack
Buffalo continues to establish themselves as the East division leader, although both Ohio and Bowling Green pulled off surprise wins to keep pace with the Bulls. Central Michigan and Western Michigan have fallen in the West, as Ball State pursues Toledo for the division title.
