Upset Alert

We had some close calls in the Top 25, but most teams prevailed.  Tennessee did not.UTSA, Oklahoma State, and Iowa State may have lost any chance of making the Top 25, as they all lost this wee.

How tough is Stanford's season?  They lost to Sacramento State.  Finally, the MAC had a good week, as both Ohio and Miami Ohio beat tougher opponents.

Big Ten Report

Aside from Illinois, Michigan State,  and Northwestern, the conference looked good.  Even in losses, Indiana and Prudue remained tough.  In Purdue's case, they committed six turnovers and still stayed within sights of Syracuse.

MAC attack

Very good week for the conference.  They engineered two upsets and won all of the games they were supposed to win.  Even Central Michigan played Notre Dame tough.  Toledo's close win was a disappointment, as was the Eastern Michigan two-point win over UMass.
