Upset Alert
Kansas' victory over Oklahoma was the big one this week, but it wasn't the only one. It started Friday night, as Virginia Tech completely blanked Syracuse. Northwestern handed Maryland their third loss, Georgia Tech knocked off North Carolina, and the Pac-12 had a rough night: both Arizona teams won, beating Washington State and Oregon State.
Big Ten Report
The East division continues to progress pretty much as expected, although Maryland is basically out of contention, unless they can surprise two of the division leaders. Michigan State and Indiana are still seeking their first conference win, as both face bowl ineligibility with one more loss.
The West division got more interesting this week. With Wisconsin's loss, it is really anybody's battle. While Purdue and Illinois are two games behind, everyone else is easily within reach of the title.
