This week's battles between ranked teams ended pretty much as expected (upsets were from teams OUTSIDE the Top 25), so most of the losers did not lose position.

Upset Results
We had upsets, and we had surprise results. Surprise results are games that were predicted to be close, where either team could win (so it would not technically be an upset), but the result was much more one-sided than expected. We had several of those this week: Kansas State over Oklahoma State, UConn over Buffalo, Colorado Buffaloes over UCF, and Boise State over Washington State. The only real pure upset was Arizona over Utah.
Big Ten Report
Illinois lost their lead, but Indiana took over. Both the Hossiers and Michigan have two conference wins each. Four other teams follow in third place, with an unbeaten 4-0 record: Ohio State, Penn State, Oregon, and Rutgers. Maryland and Minnesota each suffered their second conference loss, but they have faced tough opponents. They will both bounce back. UCLA, who also has two conference losses, may not.
