Big Ten Report
The games went pretty much as expected, except Michigan had even more difficulty against Wisconsin than I thought. Their first touchdown was a "pity" score and the last was due to Wisconsin being in "victory formation" and being too loose. They could have gone scoreless.
Ohio State and Michigan State won by a larger margin than I expected, but neither team ran up the score. The Spartans needed a strong victory to correct from last week and the Buckeyes were scoring with second (and some) third team players on the field.
We're getting set up for an exciting matchup between Ohio State and Wisconsin.
Upset Watch
The Pac-12 were again plagued, and it started on Friday night. Utah fell from the ranks of the unbeaten, and allowed USC to regain a Top 25 ranking. Pitt cost UCF their unbeaten streak, and UCLA knocked Washington State off the unbeaten pedestal, leaving Cal as the only unbeaten Pac-12 team.
